Extracting controls

Many of the parametric or controlled objects are generated from control lines, which may be geometrically manipulated when necessary to reshape an object. When such editing operations occur the shape of the control lines are changing as the form of hte object is changed. While the control lines and their shapes are not readily visible, the Extract Controls tool can be used to extract them and turn them into independent objects.
