The form·Z SDK (software development kit) contains documentation, header files, sample scripts and sample code. The SDK installer should be run after the form·Z application or form·Z Demo installation as it installs a folder named "formZ SDK" into the form·Z application directory.

The SDK documentation is in the form of a PDF file and an HTML reference manual. The PDF file is named "formZ SDK.pdf" and contains general information on how form·Z extensions work and descriptions of the various types of functionality that can be added. The HTML reference manual is a searchable reference of all of the form·Z call back and API functions. This can be viewed using a standard browser (Internet Explorer on Windows and Safari on OS X).

Previous Versions

You should consider using an older SDK version, only if you intend to be compatible with older versions of form•Z. Please note, however, that access to the latest functionality is only available in the current SDK.
