When you send us questions, do not forget to include your name and your form•Z user ID (serial number). Without these we shall be unable to respond to your question.

Your question will be answered (or at least acknowledged) within 24 hours on weekdays, or on Monday when sent on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

If you are a user of one of our products and a member of the form•Z Family Plan, you can send us as many questions as you need. Note that all new users are automatically members of the Family Plan for the first four months after their purchase date. However, you must have registered your product before we can respond to your questions.

If you are a user but not a member of the Family Plan you can send one question per month.

Any user can write to report a bug. When you do so, please provide us your name, user ID, as much detail as possible, including the computer model you are using, memory and disk size, operating system version, and any other information about your hardware that may be relevant. Also try to give us a step-by-step description of how to reproduce the problem. We need to be able to reproduce a bug before we can correct it. We fix reported irregularities immediately. Whenever they are of a significant nature we shall also upload a patch on our web site to correct them. The patches are available for only the latest version released by AutoDesSys.
