Deleting objects and their parts

The Delete object tool is an alternative to the delete key. They both can be used to remove objects from the programs memory.

When deletions are applied to parts of objects, namely points, edges, outlines, faces, and holes, the operation may be thought of being the reverse of the insertions. The two together offer some powerful editing abilities and can be used to effectively reshape objects.
