"DesignGroup uses form•Z as a design and presentation tool. We begin with a schematic form•Z model, then use it as a tool to investigate the design. A multitude of changes and refinements are made to the model, allowing the designer and client to decide upon the best design solution. We also use form•Z to create finished presentation renderings for projects that require community or government agency approval. Additionally these same photo-realistic RenderZone images are used for fund-raising purposes. Because a high degree of realism can be achieved with RenderZone, it is easy to communicate the client's vision to potential donors, thus creating excitement for the project to raise the necessary funds to make the project a reality."
