"Since I started with form·Z nearly eight years ago the tech support has never been less than excellent. Whether I've contacted them via the forum, direct email, or telephone, it's always the same - knowledgeable and responsive.

How many companies do you contact nowadays where a live person answers the phone? And then is almost always able to connect you with the right person, and if they can't, your call is returned promptly. That's ADS. They are the best.

I will also mention that I've been on the Family Plan since starting with form·Z in 1996 and I think it's a great deal. I literally make my living with form·Z and the enhanced telephone support along with automatically receiving updated CDs in my mailbox is easily worth the cost of the Family Plan."
